1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DevToolkit ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. License and Intellectual Property

DevToolkit provides free online developer utilities for personal, educational, and commercial development workflows. You retain full ownership and rights to all data, code, queries, and outputs processed through the tools.

The software design, branding, and original source code of DevToolkit are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use DevToolkit to:

  • Conduct automated Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against our infrastructure or third-party targets.
  • Abuse our server-side network diagnostic tools (DNS lookup, SSL checker, HTTP headers) to perform malicious port scanning or unauthorized reconnaissance.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or compromise server security.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

While we strive for 100% precision across all formatters, generators, and validators, you are encouraged to verify outputs independently before applying them in critical production environments.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DevToolkit, its creators, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption) arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

6. Third-Party Advertisements & Links

We may display third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense or developer sponsorship banners). DevToolkit does not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party products, services, or websites linked through advertisements.

7. Modifications & Inquiries

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If you have questions regarding these terms, please contact us via our Contact Page.
